The KOVR XL1 uses insulated composite walls where other pop-ups use fabric.
Fabric breathes, sags and soaks. A wall does not. KOVR replaces the textile sides of a pop-up with an XPS-insulated composite shell, so the space above your bed behaves like a room instead of a tent — and folds back down for the road.

Most pop-up campers use hollow aluminum honeycomb — lightweight, but a poor insulator, and prone to condensation on cold nights. KOVR's pop-up walls use a solid XPS-insulated core between two layers of aluminum composite, 15 mm (≈ 5/8 in) thick. The result: a wall that actually holds heat in winter and keeps it out in summer, instead of just looking like one. No cold spots. No sweating panels. Just a room that behaves like a room.
